CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, No Show & Late Policy I understand that life happens and you may need to adjust your appointment. If you are unable to make it, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 469-933-3680. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost. • No shows will forfeit their deposit and be charged 50% of the booked service total. • Late arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to a shortened service or cancellation. If cancelled, the above cancellation/no-show policy will apply. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is nonrefundable. Deposits can also be forfeited at anytime. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Please message me as this deposit is transferable up to two reschedule appointments. After the third rescheduled a new deposit will need to be paid. Frequently Asked Questions: What if there are no appointments available? If my booking calendar is completely grayed out, it means I am fully booked for the available booking window. Be sure to join the waitlist if you’d like to be notified when an appointment becomes available. Do you work with children? Yes! I welcome children ages 5 and older for select services. Curly Cut pricing is the same regardless of age, as every appointment includes the same level of care, education, and time. Can I bring someone with me? Yes! You’re welcome to bring one guest with you to your appointment. If additional guests arrive, they will be asked to wait in the salon lobby to help maintain a relaxing environment for all clients.
