CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, No Show & Late Policy I understand that life happens and you may need to adjust your appointment. If you are unable to make it, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 682-233-2709. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost. • No shows will forfeit their deposit and be charged 50% of the booked service total. • Late arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to a shortened service or cancellation. If cancelled, the above cancellation/no-show policy will apply. This policy ensures fairness for all clients and helps me accommodate those waiting for an appointment.
